PAYMENT METHODS: Pix and PayPal

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payments: 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. The service will only start after the initial payment is confirmed.
2. Delivery time: 2 to 20 days, subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated to the client.
3. Revisions: 3 included; additional revisions may incur extra charges depending on complexity.
4. Cancellations:
   • Before start: full refund.
   • After start: 50% refund.
5. The client must provide clear and complete information; delays or lack of response may affect the delivery time.
6. The commissioned artist reserves the right to refuse work that violates laws or ethical principles.

USAGE RIGHTS

1. The client may use the work for personal and/or commercial purposes, as specified in the order.
2. The commissioned artist retains copyright, and may display the work in a portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized alterations by third parties are prohibited.
